2. Purposes and legal basis of the processing of personal data

Within the digital platforms of GRUPO LIASA, the personal data of users shall be collected and processed according to its context and nature, for the following purposes:

• The management of self-nominations based on the consent given by the data subject.
• The management of the contact database, based on the contractual relationship established and the legitimate interest, in application of Article 19 of the LOPDGDD.
• Management of the commissioning and sale of the legally protected product, based on the application of pre-contractual measures and subsequent contract performance.
• To comply with the obligations established by law and to verify compliance with contractual obligations, including the prevention of fraud.
• Purposes of marketing: If you have given your consent, we shall use your data to send information by e-mail or other equivalent electronic communication channels on news, services, promotions and discounts for our products, inform you of prize draws or competitions, and manage your subscription to the newsletter.

3. Storage of data

The personal data you may provide shall be kept for the time required to fulfil the purpose for which it is collected and, in the event of other responsibilities, it shall be kept for the time strictly necessary according to the basis legitimising this processing and, in all cases, for the time strictly necessary to comply with applicable law.

4. Who has access to your personal data?

We may share your data among the companies of the group for administrative and commercial management purposes and with third-party service providers that process data on our behalf with which we have set out the terms and conditions and requirements to use the personal data in a contract. GRUPO LIASA follows strict service provider selection criteria in order to fulfil our data protection obligations.

We may also transfer your data to the Public Authorities, Courts and Tribunals to fulfil any legal obligations involving certain processes.

In addition to the above rights, you are entitled to withdraw your consent at any time without this affecting the lawfulness of processing prior to said withdrawal. GRUPO LIASA may continue processing the data of the data subject insofar as the applicable law permits as such.

GRUPO LIASA hereby informs you that you are entitled to file a claim with the Spanish Data Protection Agency if you do not agree with the treatment received regarding your rights.

7. Cancellation of the commercial communications service

The data subject is entitled at any time to withdraw their consent for the sending of commercial communications simply by informing GRUPO LIASA that they do not wish to continue receiving commercial communications. To do so, the data subject can click on the link included in each communication to cancel the sending of electronic commercial communications or can withdraw their consent by writing to lopd@liasa.net.

8. Which security measures are implemented?

GRUPO LIASA undertakes to fulfil its obligation to ensure the secrecy of the personal data of the data subjects it processes.

GRUPO LIASA has the necessary technical and organisational measures implemented to ensure the security of your personal data and avoid its alteration, loss, and unauthorised processing and/or access, considering the state of technology, the nature of the data stored, and the risks to which it is exposed, whether these are caused by man, the environment or nature, in accordance with applicable law.
