03 May Pepper sauce
250 ml Ken Culinaria
2 tablespoons ground black pepper
1 tablespoon oil or butter
1 teaspoon sugar
2 tablespoons beef broth
Steps to follow:
Heat the butter in a saucepan (using a nonstick pan is recommended) when the butter is liquid add ground black pepper and fry for a few seconds.
Then add 1 teaspoon of sugar and 250 ml of Ken Culinaria slowly to thick while stirring on medium heat without letting it boil.
Finally, add two tablespoons of beef broth and stir well until it turns light brown.
