– 0102222 Ken Gourmet Duo (250 g)
– Whole egg (250 g)
– Minced pork (250 g)
– Minced beef (250 g)
– Fresh mushrooms (200 g)
– Saltted ham (200 g)
– Saltt to taste
– Parsley to taste

Grease a loaf tin with butter or line it with greaseproof paper. Cut ham small strips.
Place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
Put the mixture into the loaf tin and bake at 175ºC for about one hour.
If you would like to turn the terrine out, allow it to cool and chill it slightly before turning it out of the tin.
A meat terrine of this sort may be kept in the refrigerator for several days.
It may be served hot in winter or cold in summer.
Time: 10 minutes preparation + 1 hour in the oven
