Features
  • Thanks to its UH T technology, Ken Presto has a long shelf life (365 days) and doesn't need to be stored under refrigeration (store in a cool and dry place below +20ºC).
  • Chill before whipping. Optimal product temperature before whipping should be between +8º and +12ºC.
  • When whipped it provides a nice fiavour, a creamy texture and a pleasant colour.
  • It can be whipped alone or with other ingredients: sugar, dairy creams, custard cream,
  • cocoa powder, chocolate, jams, fiavours, liqueurs, aromas and colorants.
  • Gluten and cholesterol - free.
