Ingredients:

– 0102211 Ken Cooking Cream (300 g)

– 1 Onion

– A little oil

– Iberian Ham (100 g)

– Salt to taste

– Black pepper to taste

– Oregano to taste

– Pasta of your choice

Preparation:

Chop the onion and cook it gently in the oil until transparent.

Add the Iberian ham cut into strips and the Ken Cooking Cream.

Reduce the sauce a little until it reaches the desired consistency.

Add the oregano and the black pepper.

Add the salt carefully, allowing for the type of ham used.

Boil the pasta until it is al dente.

Mix the pasta with the sauce and serve.

If you wish, serve with a slice of Iberian ham
