Ingredients:

  • 0102224 Ken Culinario (400 ml)
  • Gouda (175 g)
  • Emmenthal (175 g)
  • Cornflour (10 g)
  • Garlic flakes to taste

Cheese cream

Preparation:

Dissolve the cornflour with a little Ken Culinario.  Strain it through a sieve and add the rest of the ingredients.

Mix everything together carefully.

Serve slightly warm with bread, meat …

Can be kept perfectly in the refrigerator.
